I’m Mustafa Kencesoy—an English educator, educational leader and conference speaker with experience across international education. I bring the same thoughtful, practical approach I use in leading teaching and learning to every private coaching session.
I don’t believe that speaking more confidently comes from memorising longer vocabulary lists. We start with what you can already do, identify what is holding you back, and practise the language you need in real situations. I give clear feedback, useful models and enough challenge to make each lesson count.

My career spans English teaching, educational leadership and professional speaking at education conferences. I currently lead an English Language Arts department in Abu Dhabi, where I guide curriculum development, support teachers and use assessment evidence to improve learning. I have also led language programmes and worked with learners from different backgrounds and age groups. In private coaching, I draw on that experience to make lessons purposeful, personal and challenging at the right level.
